ELEVATE YOUR STATE OF BEING THROUGH THE SENSES
This is a call to reconnect with the Ecuadorian Amazon and its ancestral traditions. For five days, we gather as seekers to remember what it means to live in balance with the elements of nature. This retreat is a bridge between the traditions of Kichwa communities and contemporary sound frequencies, evoked by Criosphera and Raalphi, two musicians of extensive trajectory and artistic sensitivity. Their soundscapes will accompany and elevate each moment-from cosmic yoga practices to explorations of sacred places such as the Indichuris viewpoint-creating a continuous vibrational thread that supports and integrates the entire process.
At breakfast and dinner, the experience expands through the signature culinary immersion of Rawmance, a vegan chef arriving from Ayampe to share a vision of conscious nourishment elevated to an art form.
His creations-healthy, balanced, and free of gluten and refined sugar- combine technique, creativity, and sensitivity in dishes such as bowls, salads, desserts, and reinterpretations like sushi, burgers, and plant-based ceviches, designed not only to nourish the body but to activate and harmonize the senses.
The journey culminates in a special concert in the city of Puyo, where music integrates, celebrates, and expands the lived experience alongside retreat participants and the local community.
