The Struck & Unstruck — A Nāda Yoga Journey

Your body is the instrument.
Your breath is the bow.
Your attention is what makes it sing.

There are seasons when we spend so much time doing, leading, giving, and holding it all together that we forget to listen to ourselves.

RETUNE is an invitation to pause.

Returning from Rishikesh, India, with her 100-hour certification in Nāda Yoga—the yoga of sound and vibration—Vandana Sharma brings a new dimension of The Resonant Voice to The Link.

This is not about singing well. It is not about knowing yoga. It is about becoming more deeply aware of the vibration that is already moving through you.

We'll begin by gathering our voices in Om, setting an intention through an ancient invocation, and exploring gentle movement paired with breath, humming, and resonant sound. You'll be invited to feel vibration—not just hear it—as it moves through the body, spine, chest, and breath.

From there, we'll move into a 20-minute sound journey with singing bowls, tuning forks, harmonium, and voice, traveling through the body's energy centers from root to crown.

And then, most importantly, we'll listen.

We'll close in shared silence and the Shānti peace chant, creating space for the nervous system, the breath, and the mind to settle.

Come as you are. No singing ability. No yoga experience. No performance.

Just a willingness to slow down, listen, and come back into tune.

You may leave feeling lighter, quieter inside, and with simple sound and breath practices you can carry into your everyday life—at your desk, in the car, or before a difficult conversation.

CHANT · MOVE · LISTEN · REST
