What if the wisdom you’re looking for already lives within you?
Nāda Shala is a gathering place for breath, sound, movement, and community — a space where we slow down enough to listen.
We’re thrilled to enter a new chapter in the ongoing Daily Chalisa Chant in this Sanctuary for over 6 months now.
Address of the Heart is a seven-month journey through the Hanuman Chalisa, Tulsidas’s beloved forty-verse hymn to Hanuman — the embodiment of devotion, courage, strength, humility, and service.
Rather than learning the Chalisa all at once, we’ll live with it one chapter at a time.
Each month, six verses become a doorway.
We’ll sing them.
We’ll hear the story behind them.
We’ll move with them.
And we’ll ask:
Where does this wisdom actually live in my life?
Because every experience has an address.
Sometimes it lives in the body.
Sometimes in the breath.
Sometimes in the mind.
Sometimes in wisdom.
And sometimes, when nothing needs to be fixed or added, it simply lives in the fullness of the heart.
This is the journey.
